«The best meat stock available», say some. Since 1941 we have prepared it using a family recipe. This rich base for beef stocks and gravies has won numerous awards as one of Switzerland's "must-have" luxury products. It does not contain yeast or gluten and is without added monosodium glutamate. New: without palm oil - Swiss rapeseed oil is used for our beef stock.
Good to know
Sirocco meat stock is very rich and can therefore be used extremely sparingly.
