Alfonso’s Favorite Chocolate Cake

Pamper and surprise your loved ones, for example, on Valentine's Day with a noble Sirocco-Bio Tee -For example, the lemon-fresh "Gentle Blue" Earl Gray-and a homemade flour-free chocolate cake.

Ingredients
300g dark chocolate
100g butter
100g sugar (2 x 50g)
5 eggs

preparation
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate with the butter carefully in a pan (not too warm!).
Separate the five eggs. The egg yolk with 50g sugar foamy and beat the egg whites stiff (add a pinch of salt). Shortly before the end, mix in the remaining 50g sugar into the protein.
Combine the chocolate butter mass with the egg yolk sugar mixture.
Carefully pull the ice snow under the chocolate butter-egg yellow mass.
Fill the finished mass into a round cake shape with a diameter of approx. 24 cm and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy tea with a cup of tea.

The flour -free recipe promises a lighter, but still very seductive pleasure.
