Our meat stock is a tradition in Swiss kitchens. Developed back in 1941, it continues to delight today with its powerful, finely balanced flavour. Good to know
Our bouillon is also a quick power snack: simply pour hot water over it, add herbs to taste – and it's ready! For more substance: stir in pancake batter or a beaten egg.
The beef stock is very rich and can be used very sparingly.
