SIROCCO IN THE KITCHEN

Our bouillon in its characteristic 500g Sirocco tin is widely regarded as “the best bouillon.” It has been prepared according to the original family recipe for over 80 years – carefully, honestly, and with a love for genuine quality, both then and now. Whether meat or vegetable bouillon: both varieties are free from yeast, gluten, and glutamate and are made exclusively with Swiss rapeseed oil. Thanks to their fine texture, they are easy to measure out and versatile in use. Once opened, the paste can be stored at room temperature for a long time.

Our meat stock is a piece of Swiss history and has won several awards.

Our vegan vegetable stock complements the classic version and is very popular in health-conscious cuisine. It is a light, versatile base for soups or sauces and is particularly suitable for refining risottos, gratins or for steaming vegetables. Although purely plant-based, our vegetable stock impresses with its full-bodied, balanced flavour – unmistakably Sirocco.
