This noble coffee variety is considered the finer of the two globally cultivated species and includes more than 150 varietals — as diverse as high‑quality grape varieties. What others call “Grand Cru” or “Specialty Coffee” is a matter of course for us. For all our coffee specialties — including our E.S.E. pads — we use exclusively 100% Arabica beans. Their aroma, with notes of chocolate, ripe fruits, cassis, and floral nuances, deserves special care. We deliberately avoid robusta beans because enjoyment and quality always come first for us.
We roast each origin separately and then combine them into well‑balanced blends — except for our “Single Origins”. These single‑origin coffees reveal the fascinating diversity of different growing regions, each expressing their own authentic character.
