«Brasil Bourbon» E.S.E. Pods

In the south of the Minas Gerais region, close to Poços de Caldas, we found a special fazenda dedicated exclusively to the production of the "Amarella Bourbon" variety. Centuries old, the variety requires unusually painstaking cultivation because it is highly sensitive to climatic conditions and yields are small. However, it produces an extraordinary coffee with particularly sweetish notes, discreet acidity and a full body.

Ideal as an espresso and café crème (lungo).

The aroma is preserved indefinitely in individual portions, guaranteeing top-quality coffee at any time.

We use a biodegradablepaper filter for our coffee portions.
