Eight good reasons for SIROCCO coffee

Acht gute Gründe für Sirocco-Kaffee

All Sirocco coffee are created from 100% Arabica beans and gently roasted in Switzerland under the highest quality standards.

Arabica - The fairytale name alone sounds after 1001 delights. It is the noble and finer variety of the two types of coffee that are mainly grown. There are over 150 different varieties from the Arabica variety.
What is classified by other coffee connoisseurs and lovers worldwide as a "Grand Cru" or "Specialty Coffee" is simply standard for us. Because for our SIROCCO coffee specialties, Arabica raw coffee comes into question exclusively and, even if roasting these beans is much more demanding and difficult.
We deliberately do without the cheaper robusta beans and favor the preservation of the fine Arabica aromas of chocolate, mature fruits, cassis and floral notes in the purest form.

We roast the various Arabica provenences in a way-variety and individually coordinated and, apart from our “single origins”, mix them together to our famous and exquisite mixtures. Because for us the pleasure comes first-and not the purely commercial profit orientation through the use of cheap raw goods.

Top quality thanks to fairness - sustainability for higher enjoyment
Sirocco has long been involved in direct and fair trade with the producers on site.
