For our Matcha, only the best leaves from the first harvest of the main island of Honshå «(Prefecture Shizuoka) are selected. The special soil quality, coupled with a special climate, make the plants thrive fantastically. The result is a mild but highly aromatic cup that is carried by a fine sweetness.
