Iced tea

A fresh Iced Tea as cooling on hot days. All of our SIROCCO-BIO TEE specialties are ideal for preparing ice-cold tea.
Always brew the tea with boiling hot water and cool it down with ice. The iced tea becomes more aromatic in taste and more beautiful in the color. There are no limits to your creativity.
Basic recipe for ice -cooled tea:
- Brew the Sirocco tea of your choice with boiling water in double strength-i.e. with the double number of tea bags or with half the usual amount of water.
- Fill ice cubes in a glass and pour the hot tea. The ice is partly melting and the tea is cooled down.
Recipe for the black tea classic:
Iced Tea Ceylon Sunrise
- Brew 2 bags Ceylon Sunrise with 2-3 dl boiling hot water and let the tea pull for 3-4 minutes.
- Tastes the strong tea with 2-3 sugar cubes and the juice ¼ to ½ lemon
- Fill 2 large glasses with ice cubes and pour the hot tea directly. Briefly stir with a long spoon.
- Decorate with lemon slices and fresh mint and serve.
