Cold-Brew coffee-the cool pick-me-up

A cool drink on a warm day - we all know the refreshing feeling. Particularly pleasant if this unsavory drink not only looks refreshing, but also makes you cheerfully and lets you wake up really.
We are talking about “Cold Brew” coffee, which means nothing more than cold-brewed coffee. In contrast to cold, stale coffee, which you prefer to pour away, cold -brewed coffee is a highly aromatic enjoyment experience of the first quality.
Due to the cold brewing process, the flavors are extracted more slowly and finer. This has a pleasant effect on the taste. The cold coffee is extremely low in acid and aromatic. The cool caffeine drink contains approximately 90% of the taste elements only 15% of the acidity of a normal coffee. You will also not find any bitter notes or the like. What remains roughly the same is the caffeine content.
For the preparation, you only need freshly ground sirocco coffee, two glass containers (approx. 1 liter), water, a coffee filter and about 12 hours of brewing or draw time.
If you do not want to dilute your cold brew coffee with normal ice cream, fill the ice cube shape of your freezer compartment with cold-break coffee and be amazed. The ice cubes will be in no way inferior to your coffee.

Ingredients
35-40g Sirocco coffee of the variety «Espresso Milano-Bar »(Grinding degree" Cold Brew ")
5DL water without carbon dioxide
preparation
Put the ground coffee in a vessel and pour water with water. Then stir properly until the entire grinding coffee floats in the water.
Close the vessel with a lid or cling film and let it steep for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Stir the mass vigorously after the brewing process. Finally, pour and enjoy the coffee through a coffee filter into your drinking glass or a serving jug.
Good to know
- You can also leave the coffee at room temperature without hesitation.
- Fill the ice cube shape of your freezer compartment with cold-brew coffee and cool your coffee without diluting it with water.
Thanks to its full aroma without bitter substances, the cold-brew coffee is a perfect ingredient for a wonderfully refreshing ice coffee.
