Matcha is usually served as a hot drink or used as a splash of color in pastries. However, the finely ground green tea powder is also a cool soft drink for summer time. In combination with a homemade grapefruit syrup, the Matcha gets a fruity-injected note.

Our Matcha comes from the main island of Honshå «from the Shizuoka Prefecture. The region is known as the center of the Japanese tea trade. The special soil nature, coupled with a special climate, distinguish this region and make the plants thrive fantastically. The result is a mild but highly aromatic cup that is carried by a fine sweetness.
