Single-original coffee-selected individual varieties

As a supplement to our popular Arabica mixtures, we have been offering a selection of selected individual varieties for some time, so-called "single origins", as espresso single portions, entire beans or in ground form.
But what does the term single origin stand for? The term “single origin” means that only raw coffee beans from the same plantation or the same cultivation area are used and they are not mixed with other types of coffee. This is the only way to show the connoisseur the different shades of different coffee provenions.
Most of the coffee farmers are located along the equator because the tropical climate prevails optimal conditions for growing the popular beans. So our four varieties in the said area also originate. Fee the cool months and embark on an exotic culinary coffee tour.
Brasil Bourbon

In the south of the Minas Gerais region in the area of Poã§os de Caldas, we have found a special FAZENDA that is dedicated exclusively to the production of the “Amarella Bourbon” variety. This variety of centuries requires extremely careful care, since it is very weather -sensitive and only delivers small yields. However, it results in an outstanding coffee with a particularly sweet note, subtle acidity and full body. An exceptional coffee experience with aromas of dark chocolate and fine nuts.
Colombia nariã ± o
Something of the best that Colombia has to offer. In the northeast of the province of Nariã ± O, we obtain our raw coffee from a variety of small family producers with sometimes only a few trees. The relatively high temperature differences between day and night at 1800 to 1900 meters lead to a noble aroma of honey and floral grades. A perfect symbiosis of body and sweetness that can inspire the connoisseur.
Kenya nyeri
In the north of Nairobi, on the west slopes of Mount Kenya, Nyeri, a medium-sized city from its surroundings, lies from many small producers to move into our raw coffee for this individual variety specialty. The particularly fertile earth and the special microclimate cause aromas of red berries, especially cassis, and an impressive body. Balanced on the palate thanks to fine, balanced acid.
Jamaica Blue Mountain
A noble individual varieties from the foggy slopes of the Blue Mountain. This jewel is considered a "champagne" among the coffee. A wonderfully soft, elegant coffee with a full, balanced body, barely noticeable fine acidity and nutty notes.
Our single varieties are available as beans or ground coffee in 250g doPacks, as ESE pods and capsules.
