Since 1941, we have been producing bouillon stocks, honoring our secret family recipe with meticulous attention to detail and premium quality. Whether beef or vegetable bouillon: both varieties are free of yeast, gluten, and any MSG additive. Both are based on Swiss rapeseed oil and come in the highly popular 500 g tins that are characteristic of the brand.

Many people consider Sirocco to be “the best bouillon” around – something that makes us very proud. Thanks to the fine, rich texture of our stocks, they can be easily measured out in the desired quantity and used for a variety of dishes – from those savory, flavorful sauces to quick, pick-me-up soups in between meals.

Our tip:For a power snack between meals, simply pour hot water over the stock, refine with fresh herbs – and presto! For more body, add finely sliced pancake ribbons or stir in a beaten egg.
