This organic Oolong tea from northern Thailand originates in the legendary “Golden Triangle,” where the borders of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar meet. In this remote, mountainous region, the tea thrives under ideal climatic conditions - far from industry, surrounded by lush nature. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, and traditional handcrafting gives this Oolong its exceptional quality.
It is a green Oolong with minimal oxidation - only partially fermented, placing it flavor-wise between green and black tea. This delicate balance results in a subtle yet complex taste profile, characterized by floral and fruity notes. Bitterness is virtually absent, making the tea especially smooth and easy to digest.
