Colorful gourmet on cold winter days: This wonderful spicy minestrone is not only loved by the Ticino, it is welcome and popular everywhere. Our latest recipe creation “Winter Minestrone” based on the Sirocco vegetable bouillon is wonderful for this. Originally from Italy, this soup also inspires in this country. Enriched with winter vegetables such as Wirz, celeriac and leek, this meal gives new energy and warms from the inside. The SIROCCO vegetable bouillon, for which we use Swiss rapeseed oil, accompanies the different flavors and gives the court an excellent note.

If you prepare a large amount of soup, a hot and tasty meal is quickly on the table the following day.

The vegetarian and vegan vegetable bouillon contains no yeast, no gluten is made without the addition of glutamate. It is available in one 500 gram can.
