An iced coffee can be prepared in many different ways. Basically, however, an iced coffee is a cold drink made of coffee, ice cream and various variables.

In German -speaking Switzerland, he is simply known as an espresso served on ice cubes, which is only sweetened a little. If you like, you can of course also refine such a minimalist ice coffee with a dash of milk, which also ensures a beautiful marble pattern in the glass.

For a serving you need:

• Espresso or coffee (at least 1 cup, more as you like)
• Ice cubes
• Milk or alternative such as oat milk
• If desired, something sweet such as agave gops juice

Bray the coffee as usual and let it cool down to room temperature. Fill a large glass with ice cubes and pour the cooled coffee over it. If necessary, refine with a little milk and agave syrup, alternatively also sugar.
