Our Matcha is sourced from Shizuoka Prefecture on Honshū, where mineral-rich soil and a mild climate create ideal conditions for tea cultivation. By shading the tea plants before harvest, the leaves develop a vibrant green color and a balanced umami flavor.
After harvesting, only the most delicate leaves are processed into Tencha and slowly ground into a fine powder using traditional granite mills. Immediately after milling, the brilliant green powder is sealed into airtight sticks—preserving maximum freshness and full flavor in every serving.

To prepare, whisk the Matcha powder into hot water (about 176°F / 80°C) using a bamboo whisk in a quick “M” or “W” motion. This creates a fine, airy foam—a treat for both the eyes and the palate.
