The white tea reveals a silky-smooth character with delicate, natural elegance. The fruity note of apple pieces adds a pleasant sweetness, while cinnamon brings a balanced blend of warmth and spice. Cardamom lends the tea a sweet-floral, slightly piquant nuance – a touch of exotic flair that perfectly suits the festive season. Carob enriches the composition with a fine, fruity cocoa note.

Carob is the fruit of the Mediterranean carob tree and is rich in fiber and antioxidants.
White teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 175–185°F / 80–85°C (let boiled water sit for about one minute before pouring). The optimal steeping time for this tea variety is 2–3 minutes.
